Requirements

What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on HR management experience in manufacturing or plant operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Languages: MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish -essential for effective communication across our diverse workforce.
  • Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws, paired with knowledge of the unique challenges and dynamics in plant operations.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and influence positive change.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools to streamline processes and analyze results.
