About the role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Corporate Finance department. Primarily responsible for the processing of accounts payable transactions for all companies which includes reviewing, reconciling, and paying invoices in a timely and organized manner. Additional responsibilities include creation of accounts payable ACH transactions, positive pay submission files, AP tracking, payment processing, as well as other assigned responsibilities. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving and have high attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
Enter invoices according invoice breakdown and allocations
Review and file invoices received
Ensure and maintain proper invoice approvals and allocations
Issue checks for accounts payable transactions
Print and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks
Create positive pay submission files
Create ACH payments for accounts payable transactions
Answer all vendor inquiries
Assist with the creation and maintenance of all accounts payable reports, checklists, and spreadsheets
Scan, save, and send payments
Respond to or research in-office mail
Support the Accounting/Finance department as needed
Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):
Associates Degree in Accounting or related area or equivalent experience
Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential
Excellent data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Ability and willingness to learn new software and system
