Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. Registration is free.

EMPLOYERS 

There are fees for employers to post jobs, search resumes, attend job fairs, and advertise on our job boards and social media sites.  Fees are charged to employers for our services.  Please see the pricing page for fees related to services. 

JOB SEEKERS

Services to job seekers are free.  You may create a job seeker account, upload your resume, and attend our job fairs for free.  You may apply for jobs free.   

The only service that is not free is advertising your resume as a Featured Resume.  This is an optional service you can purchase but is not required.

Registration
Do employers and job seekers need to register?

Employers:  employers must register to attend job fairs, search resumes, post jobs, and advertise.  

Job seekers:  job seekers can view jobs without registering.  However, if you want to apply for jobs or attend job fairs, you must register and upload your resume.  Please fill out your resume form so employers can contact you for jobs.
