Job Description

The full salary range for the Accounts Payable Lead is $66,500 - $118,300 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $90,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Under the general supervision of the Accounts Payable/Travel Supervisor, the position is responsible for performing high level accounts payable functions; responsible for the more complicated accounts payable processing, vendor statements and reconciliations. This position will back up all areas of payables and therefore is required to understand all types of transactions and related policies and procedures. Assist in the development of policy, procedures and system enhancements related to accounts payable, travel and entertainment. Assist in developing and conducting campus-wide training courses related to accounts payable and travel processes. In the absence of the Supervisor, responsible for leadership of the staff in the day-to-day operations of the section.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
