Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid) to join a well-established biotechnology company in the Raleigh, NC area. The Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid) will be responsible for overseeing the full A/P cycle.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid):
Responsible for processing invoices and credit applications
Enter and upload invoices into the system as well as review/verify invoices and vendor statements
Track expenses and process expense reports
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Correspond with vendors and respond to payment inquiries
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid):
4+ years of Accounts Payable (A/P) experience
Experience with two and three-way matching (required)
Full cycle A/P experience and handling high volume processing of invoices and expense reports
Large scale ERP and system experience required (SAP, S4Hana, Concur, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field (preferred, not required)

Salary: Between $27.00 - $35.00/hourly based on years of experience
