Job Description
Soni is partnering with a fast growing up-and-coming technology company in Greenwood Village, CO looking to add another Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. As this position is resulting from growth, there will be plenty of support and training for this new team member to get up and running quickly. The volume is high in this department and so too is the potential to advance and get promoted! Role is hybrid, 2 days in the Greenwood Village office and 3 days remote.

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years as an accounts payable specialist
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Familiarity with reconciling the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Preparation of monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong experience communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoices and address payment inquiries
  • Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables, V-Lookup and complex formulas

Compensation: $52k - $55k
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
