Compensation:
$72,000.00 - $89,000.00 annually
Location:
Woodinville, WA, potential for hybrid once fully trained
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Schedules may change based on business needs. May include holidays and alternate workdays or hours as needed.

About the job:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor supports the business by overseeing all day-to-day functions of Accounts Receivable to ensure processing and receipt of invoices for the Reside companies in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be primarily responsible for all accounting work associated with processing accounts receivable.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable processing for the Reside Companies
Review daily posting of invoices & cash receipts
Verifying accuracy of invoices processed
Reviewing corporate applications for trade credit and performing annual reviews
Support month-end close process & reconciliation of AR across multiple subsidiaries
Become subject matter expert and assist with conversion of AR functions to NetSuite
Maintain documentation of all processes associated with AR function
Interface with collections partner & external counsel for aged receivables
Manage shared AR inbox and ensure all inquiries have been answered.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise any employees.
May also provide cross-training for staff.
Travel:
This position could require minimal travel, less than 5% of the time.
About you:
What you'll bring:
High School diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
Associate degree in accounting/business or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills of MS Windows, Office and Outlook, Excel, and Word
Other computer software experience - NetSuite, preferred
What we are looking for:
Experience with Accounts Receivable
General bookkeeping/accounting background preferred.
Must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Must possess good communications skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, teamwork values.
Work Environment:
Usual office working conditions. This position will have desk space with a computer and a phone. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse and the ability to dial, answer, and talk on a telephone. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; boxes, documents and/or other items.
