Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills. REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLY REQUIRED IAT Level 1 Certification Required Experience: HS or GED with 15 years of experience Bachelors with 10 years of experience Mandatory Skills: Customer Service Data Entry Microsoft Office Windows Desired Skills: Active Directory ServiceNow Ticketing System Certification (one of the following): CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE Salary: The likely salary range is up to $105K . This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
