Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update financial data as needed.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering information.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Assist with generating reports and ensuring data integrity.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
