Metro By T-Mobile Wireless Assistant Store Manager

Compensation: $50,000-60,000 per year, including commissions and incentives.

Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile with over 260 locations nationwide is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our management team! As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Team Nextar , you will be responsible for working directly with the Store Manager to ensure the sales team is well versed in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services, and ensuring our retail location is attaining our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in sales in a retail environment and is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Team Nextar , you will be responsible for:

Working side by side with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.

Assist Store Manager as directed to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Metro by T-Mobile Sales Associates.

Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month

Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.

Assist the Store Manager in any promotional rollout, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers

Resolve customer issues

Assure that store operates in full compliance with Metro by T-Mobile and Company requirements for merchandising and other requirements

Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis

Work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

Team Nextar is looking for candidates with the following experiences, skills, and qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Post or Prepaid Wireless businesses, managing team members.

Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.

Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team members.

Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.

Ability to travel to our various locations within your market as business needs dictate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
