Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate and qualified Bilingual Certified Teachers to join our team in Greensboro, NC, supporting the education and emotional well-being of undocumented children. In this role, you will be responsible for providing educational instruction in a supportive and structured environment. You will develop and implement a curriculum tailored to the unique needs of English Language Learners (ELL) and work closely with medical services and caregivers to offer trauma-informed support. As a Bilingual Certified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that these children receive the education and emotional care they need as they adjust to their new surroundings. You will assess student progress, create a nurturing classroom atmosphere, and collaborate with others to provide the best possible support. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide educational instruction to undocumented children in a structured environment Develop and implement curriculum tailored to the needs of English Language Learners (ELL) Collaborate with medical services and caregiver personnel to provide trauma-informed supplementary support Create a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and emotional well-being Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices for working with undocumented children REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree and completion of a state-approved teacher education program from North Carolina or any state recognized by North Carolina interstate reciprocity Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or a related accrediting body Additional training or experience in working with undocumented children or children with special needs is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Commitment to providing trauma-informed care and support
