Job Description

FULLY ONSITE IN BIRMINGHAM, AL - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 11AM-8PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND 1-2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH 7AM-4PM OR 8AM-5PM.

MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Supervise, train, and develop a team of contact center bankers handling customer inquiries, complaints, disputes, and financial product services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, policy enhancement, and risk control.
  • Provide regular feedback through 1:1 sessions, group coaching, and real-time guidance.
  • Monitor and coach the team to exceed performance metrics.
  • Boost team morale with engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership across departments to meet operational goals.
  • Resolve customer, team, and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and banking policies.
  • Support staffing and daily contact center operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years in customer service, sales, or financial services.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Must be Bilingual - English & Spanish
  • Strong organizational and team-building skills.
  • Integrity, cooperation, and excellent communication skills.
