Required / Desired Skills:

  • Microsoft Office

  • Valid driver's license and clean/acceptable driving history

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Customer service focus; ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to speak Korean would be required, Japanese and/or Polish would be beneficial.

    Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administer assignment policy to inpatriate/foreign manpower assigned to joint venture from parent companies

  • Interpret policy, recommend appropriate response to associate inquiries, and provide feedback to associates

  • Draft communications to large audiences based on approved direction or talking points.

  • Administrative support to include, but not limited to: document creation, meeting scheduling and executive calendar support, executive travel scheduling, and event planning/support

  • Assist in event planning and logistics related to key project milestones, meetings and community engagement

  • Other HR administrative functions as determined

    Daily Tasks:

  • Email, meeting participation, meeting notes, customer interactions follow ups, document creation, event planning, team interactions
