About the Job Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, this position is responsible for performing therapy in a manner that is consistent with the legal and ethical standards set by the professional field and the YMCA of San Francisco's mission. This clinic-based position is responsible for maintaining a caseload of clients both in person and virtually. This includes providing assessment, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
Salary Range: $34.50 to $37.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications - A master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work OR currently enrolled in a MA program.
- Current registration with the BBS.
- At least 1 year post-graduate school, working with youth and their families.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards of practice, including child abuse reporting laws.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in crisis management, collaboration, school services, and provision of training.
