Job Description
Overview The Garment QC Measurement is responsible for conducting quality control inspections and measurements on garments to ensure they meet the company's specifications and quality standards. This role involves detailed measurement, inspection, and verification of garment construction, fit, and finish. Qualifications Must be able to inspect high-end garments with experience of 1 year prior. Must have strong knowledge of garment construction and quality standards. Conduct detailed measurements of garments according to specified standards and guidelines. Spec garments to confirm they achieve the target measurement. Some Sewing in various machines. Check the care label and all trims for correct content details. Ability to read specs / BOM and construction page to ensure garment meets brand quality expectations. Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current skills. Must be able to multitask. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; PLUS a degree or certification in textile, or fashion design. Experience in textile factories or weaving companies. Experience in garment quality control, measurement, or related roles. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes. Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
