Bilingual Sales Management Analyst (English/Korean)

Entry- 2 yrs Bilingual Sales Management Analyst (English/Korean)

Job Summary:
The Sales Management Analyst will be working in tandem with sales, marketing and other teams within our U.S. and overseas branches.

Job Description:
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential function including but not limited to:

  1. Publish and manage Business Intelligence data for (RTF, Daily GI, Packing status, PO balance)
  2. Consolidate business items for Bi-Weekly CEO reports such as critical issues, progress, outcomes, etc.
  3. Forecast sales revenue with upside & risk on a weekly basis
  4. Manage raw data to generate Master file (Expected plan, Actual plan, Result) which is sorted by Regions/Customers/Products (Gross/Net)
  5. Manage and request sales split rates by products between overseas branches
  6. Report monthly sales closing report with upside & Risk analysis
  7. Set sales target numbers with Risk & Hedge plan for the following year's MBO and Mid-Long term plan
  8. Coordinate with HQ regarding revenue activity issues and processes
  9. Manage data for main customer/product with M/S, TAM/SAM and back data
  10. Host Weekly Meetings (Weekly Biz meeting, Weekly Revenue meeting)
  11. Arrange and prepare for strategy workshops twice a year

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English and Korean
0 - 2 years of experience in Management or Sales/Marketing Support team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean
Must have excellent reporting skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze revenue and communicate with sales and marketing in real time
Be able to have a strategic mindset and leadership in order to lead and support sales & marketing; including engineering department
Ability to build relationships with Sales, PM, TM and encourage/drive the teams to achieve sales goals
Ability to enjoy and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment of constant change
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
