  • Shift Information: 9:30 pm to 6 am (Sunday - Thursday).     • Guide and coach associates for growth
    • Assist with translations as needed
    • Act as the main contact for Masters Gallery Foods
    • Help with associate check-ins and orientations
    • Manage disciplinary actions
    • Ensure safety procedures are followed. Position Requirements: Qualifications:
      • Bilingual proficiency
      • Leadership and coaching skills
      • Good communication and translation abilities
      • Six months experience in a similar position
