Medical Administrative Assistant/ Bilingual Medical Call Center Reps
Job Duties:
- Make initial outbound calls to patients following a script that are enrolled to participate in a study (No Selling)
- For inbound calls: Will answer calls from messages left and will answer questions from a provided script.
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Previous Call Center Experience
- Previous medical experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Basic to intermediate data entry experience
Business casual / no shorts/ jeans are ok
Bilingual Preferred
19.00/hr
12pm-8pm
