Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist: Collections Expert
Location: Camarillo, CA
Salary: $23.00 - $28.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

A large development and manufacturing company seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, streamline processes, and maintain positive customer communication for timely payments.

Collections/Accounts Receivables Responsibilities:
  • Initiate proactive communication with customers.
  • Analyze A/R reports to improve collections.
  • Prepare weekly A/R collections reports.
  • Assist customers with invoices and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with teams on payments and credits.
  • Conduct monthly aged credit cleanup.
  • Resolve billing and credit issues promptly.
  • Monitor balances, manage credit limits.
Collections/Accounts Receivables Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B collections experience.
  • 5+ years in accounts receivable roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite 365.
  • Manufacturing/Production industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years' experience.
