Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & 3PL Product Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by managing their onboarding process, overseeing product fulfillment,inventory and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate has experience with ShipStation and a deep understanding of fulfillment processes across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Tiktok, and Walmart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our 3PL services.
  • Manage and oversee order fulfillment operations using ShipStation and other relevant tools.
  • Coordinate inventory receiving, storage, and shipping to meet client and platform requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to orders, shipping, and platform integrations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and excellent support.
  • Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and best practices for fulfillment and shipping.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in the fulfillment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in 3PL product fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ShipStation and familiarity with other fulfillment software tools.
  • Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics is a plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00
