Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Service & 3PL Product Fulfillment Specialist
to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by managing their onboarding process, overseeing product fulfillment,inventory and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate has experience with ShipStation and a deep understanding of fulfillment processes across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Tiktok, and Walmart.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our 3PL services.
Manage and oversee order fulfillment operations using ShipStation and other relevant tools.
Coordinate inventory receiving, storage, and shipping to meet client and platform requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to orders, shipping, and platform integrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and excellent support.
Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and best practices for fulfillment and shipping.
Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in the fulfillment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in 3PL product fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in ShipStation and familiarity with other fulfillment software tools.
Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience with inventory management and logistics is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00
