Job Description
Job Description: + Respond to incoming contact from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. + Efficiently document consumer complaints into a secure database. + Provide educational materials and referrals while delivering A+ customer service. + Respond to inbound calls, emails, and voicemails following Standard Operating Procedures. + Answer routine questions from the general public on FHA mortgage programs and HUD properties. + Utilize prepared scripts with little or no deviation. + Enter accurate and detailed information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, summarizing caller contact data, the nature of the request, and whether a referral was provided. + Warm transfer calls that are not in the Knowledge Base to the applicable Homeownership Center (HOC). + Assist renters, tenants, and property managers by providing resources and referrals to meet their rental needs. + Assist homebuyers and homeowners with requests related to purchasing and owning a home. + Handle calls from people being evicted or those who are homeless and looking for resources, demonstrating empathy. + Field phone calls on multifamily rental requests, including tenant complaints. + Provide information and resources to customers to deliver customer service excellence. + Use the knowledge base to answer customer requests. + Document customer phone communications in an internal database. Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED. + 2 years of property management experience. + 1 year of contact center experience or telephone customer service experience (e.g., receptionist, admin). + High School Diploma or GED. Training and Work Schedule: + Training will be onsite for the first 4 weeks. + Once a contractor has proven they have mastered the basics, they will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule. + Hybrid schedule could range from 1-3 days remote, up to the manager's discretion. + Hybrid work availability is purely based on performance.
