Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.
Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.
Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.
Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.
Bachelor's Degree in business or communications preferred.
3+ years of experience in customer service role with focus on logistics and delivery.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Great work ethic with excellent organizational skills.
Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, Ability to multi-task.
ERP Experience, preferred (Salesforce and SAP experience, a plus)
Experience with customer EDI, Vendor ASN's and a Direct Ship Value Stream
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or communications preferred.
