Job Description
Position Description: This position is for a Customer Service Representative. This position will answer and handle general information calls to the AZ Barbering and Cosmetology Board. Call types will include English and Spanish speakers inquiring about licensing, payments, website, compliance, and accounts. This position will also review and enter information into the board's database systems.

Skills Required: Must type a minimum of 45 wpm. Effective critical thinking and reasoning skills. Knowledgeable in Google Suite. Able to communicate using proper English/Spanish to include proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.

Skills Preferred: Bilingual - English/Spanish

Experience Required: Experience in a call center with time constraints and high call volumes.
