Job Description
Genadyne is a US Based developer and manufacturer of negative pressure wound therapy systems. We are a growing company with a mission to promote wound healing, decrease wound recurrence and maintain dignity, independence, comfort and pain control of the wound care patients through our products.
General Purpose
Satisfy customer requirements, order fulfillment, arrange outbound customer shipments. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, taking orders, concerns and requests about products
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with customers for order intake, processing and fulfillment
Develop and maintain resources for international, domestic, and local shipping companies
Coordinate client shipping requests
Negotiate shipping rates and various options
Some packing of materials may be required
Data entry of all aspects of order process
Carefully maintain customer and order information
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Respond to customer service requests for order changes and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel
Assist in managing current customer accounts
Attend to inbound and outbound phone calls
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
Resolve customer and carrier issues in a timely manner
Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
Accurately create proper shipping paperwork as required
Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
respond promptly to customer inquiries
direct interaction with customers via telephone, Skype, or face to face
handle and resolve customer complaints
provide pricing and delivery information
perform customer verifications
set up new customer accounts
process orders, forms, applications and requests
organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
manage customers' accounts
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
record details of actions taken
maintain customer databases
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
follow up on customer interactions
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills (speaking and writing)
Bilingual / Spanish
Knowledge of international customs regulations a plus
Highly organized
Ability to deal with multiple tasks
Ability to prioritize and adjust with change
Ability to negotiate pricing
Dependability - Regular attendance is expected
1-2 Years of Experience
EDUCATION
Minimum - High School Diploma
SOFTWARE APPLICATION KNOWLEDGE
Microsoft Office • Outlook • Internet • ERP (Visual)
RATE
$18.00- $20.00/Hourly
