Agent will greet and assist customers with trip planning, provide schedule information and help with connections to other transit systems. Provide fare information and help with purchasing tickets, notify customers of service delays and problems. Agents must make announcements of any service interruptions and direct passengers to alternate transportation. Applicants will be working various stations, filling in for other employees off sick or on vacation.
