Salary range: $50K/year - $80K/year plus commission and bonus

I. Job Description Summary

The direct sales representatives are primarily responsible for building relationships with customers and partners, promoting products and services, and achieving their individual sales goals through sales and marketing activities, mainly in the western region of the US. They are required to complete the sales process including the customer contract and tasks necessary to gain customer liability.

II. Job Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Functions

a. Develop annual sales plan and individual sales goal and get approval by Sales Director/Manager.

b. Establish, build and maintain customer relationships to ensure the sales goal achievement

c. Manage sales process including pricing, proposals, and coordination with others to achieve customer satisfaction and to maintain standard gross profit.

d. Specific tasks include lead generation, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, creating and provision of presentations, understanding business needs, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting and overcoming objections to close the sale.

e. Learn and enhance demonstration skills and values of ERP application. Provide potential clients with demonstration of ERP system.

f. Provide regular reporting and updates of your sales activities to Sales Director/Manager and update the data in the CRM system accordingly.

g. Suggest and develop marketing plans and materials.

h. Develop innovative value propositions to maximize sales revenue.

Team

i. Collaborate with other team members to help achieve team goals including customer contracts and service delivery.

j. Contribute to improvement of services, revenue/profitability, methodologies and procedures

k. Collaborate with the other team members in order to complete projects successfully and to collect payments from customers.

m. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients, co-workers and business associates.

III. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum Qualification

a. B.S. Degree (e.g. business, economics, computer science or equivalent)

b. 2 Years+ Outside Sales Experience

c. Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

d. Ability to effectively and politely communicate with current and potential customers

e. Ability to understand and document customer's needs and requirements

f. Ability to understand and present values, service and product to prospects

g. Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the organization

h. Ability to design the excellent solution proposal and presentation by MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel

i. Ability for consultative and solution selling and for effective communication with C-level personnel of small medium to enterprise clients

j. Ability to work as a team and with high accountability.

k. Ability to provide effective presentation and demonstration of products.

l. Maintains professional manner in attitude, conduct, time and attire

Desirable Qualification

m. Knowledge of IT and ERP systems

n. English/Korean bilingual, written and verbal

o. Excellent Presentation Skills

p. Familiarity with Sales Process and Methodology

q. Certification of Sales and Pre-sales Field in IT and ERP Industry

V. Others

a. Meets minimum quota and productivity requirements (KPI or other benchmarks)

b. Travel to other regions as required by sales opportunities and projects participated.
