Our distinguished accounting firm is looking for an Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) Audit Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
Maintain and enhance client relationships through high-quality service and communication.
Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.
Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, with extensive experience in employee benefit plans required.
CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
