About the Role As an Enterprise Business Development Lead, Hospitality & Corporate Housing, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships and building new strategic partnerships within the hotel and hospitality industry. You will play a pivotal role in leading Flow's enterprise sales efforts, targeting key players in the industry to deliver customized solutions that address their business needs. You will also have a strong portfolio of existing relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level hospitality companies. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aimed at building relationships with major players in the hospitality sector, including hotel chains, resorts, and industry associations Utilize a deep network of industry contacts to fast-track business development opportunities Identify, engage, and convert high-potential enterprise prospects in the hospitality industry Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales targets Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction, ongoing engagement, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs and develop compelling value propositions Track and report sales metrics regularly, providing forecasts, and delivering insight on pipeline progress and revenue performance Lead contract negotiations with large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and operational standards of the company Demonstrate ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the enterprise level Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise sales environment. Ideal Background Minimum of 5+ years in an enterprise sales or business development role, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or a related service industry MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing is a plus Proficient in solution-based sales, contract negotiation, and value proposition development Strong existing relationships within the hospitality sector In-depth knowledge of the industry's needs and challenges, especially for large hotel chains and resorts Experienced with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk Sell) and familiar with hotel technology solutions (e.g., property management systems) Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions effectively to C-level executives. Proven management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
