Job Description
Berry Corporation is seeking a Field Admin who will work on-site in our Roosevelt, Utah, field office. The Field Admin provides routine clerical services in support of field personnel and management. Duties include preparing production reports, reviewing sales tickets for accuracy, and other tracking and reporting as required. Duties may include word processing, spreadsheets, filing, opening, sorting mail, answering phones, sending correspondence, and other administrative tasks. Key Accountabilities Gathers and reports production information. Reconciliations of run tickets and oil sales. Handles production allocations and reports on a weekly rotation (one week out of every 3 weeks). May aid, and assist permitting and regulatory specialists with sundry, notices, reporting, etc. as needed. Tracks and maintains vehicle files, registrations, and mileage. Works with procurement for fuel card assignments or replacements. Gathers and maintains H2s Records. Gathers, checks and supplies production information as requested for audits or BLM checks. Assists with the overall execution of the field office clerical activities. Aids, supports, and assists the field office employees. May require to maintain and update Vendor tribal documents. Assists with preparing and maintaining forms, reports, schedules, and summaries. Assists with fielding phone calls and referring callers to the appropriate contact. Complies with all the Company's Safety and Environmental policies, practices, and programs. Takes corrective action within training limitations. Escalates as necessary. Participates in and adheres to all training programs designed to enhance HSE knowledge, safety standards and improve job performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required. Up to 3 years office experience or 2 years in oil and gas office required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Critical: Ability to work rotating weekend schedule. Ability to interact with all levels of employees. Time management, planning, and organization skills. Demonstrated attention to detail when composing or reviewing documents. Teamwork-oriented with the ability network and build relationships. Communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Required: Experience with Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications (or willingness to learn). Basic ability to collect, compile and analyze data. Experience operating standard office equipment, such as scanners, copiers, faxes, and printers. Desired: Oilfield office experience. Production tracking experience.
