Job Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

The job will include, but not be limited to:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints; direct unresolved issues to the designated CS Lead/Supervisor
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Manage customer accounts and databases
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints and actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports by keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude to learn new software applications
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer service principles and practices
  • Professional communications skills (written and oral)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
