ENTRY LEVEL
Responsibilities:
- Ensure paperwork is completed for new hires, badges printed, lunch vouchers provided
- Provide instruction and support during orientation for new hires with Alex Lee University assignments
- Maintain scanned files - hires, terms, warnings, and medical information
- Order office supplies for departmental employees
- Assist in coordination of yearly events with H-R Services Team
- Maintain event calendar in HR and email reminders to appropriate team members
- Schedule appointments through Outlook calendars for Director, HRBPs, and H-R Services Team
- Handle all incoming calls and visitors
- May be required to perform other tasks as necessary
- Complete HR expense vouchers weekly, maintain a log and update with progress
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree or related work experience.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, beginning to intermediate in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual preferred.
