Job Description:
- Communication with International Customers in Mexico (North America), Central America & South America.
- Take orders via phone calls/emails
- Keep track of inventory by utilizing ERP System (IQMS software).
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs, questions. resolving concerns and providing any additional information via calls/emails.
- Explaining features of products and services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Business to Business Customer Service
- Entry Level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ERP system
Permanent Placement
Bilingual (Fluent) preferred
8:00 am-5:00pm
$23.00-25.00/hr
