Job Description
Established local insurance agency is seeking a full-time detailed oriented Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide product/services information and resolve any questions or problems that our clients face with accuracy and efficiency. Applicants must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
Property and Casualty Licence is preferred, or willingness to obtain.
Insurance experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is required.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills.
Works well in a fast paced environment.
Very strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Reconcile and process money movement, transportation queries, and storgae inventory.
Process all transfers and audit reports.
Education:
High school or equivalent.
