Job Summary
: As an Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator/ Customer Service Advocate at Key Cars, you will play a crucial role in our growing team. We are seeking a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with clients, providing information about our products and services, and scheduling sales appointments. This position is based at our centralized call center in Milford, CT (at our Key Hyundai of Milford store).

Responsibilities
:
Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments
Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using email, scripts, and templates
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up
Actively participate in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
:
Previous customer service experience in at least one role
Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude and a drive for improvement
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
