As a Quality Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for preparing quality-related analyses, concepts, methods, and tools, for respective management to decide. In this role you will also be maintaining and communicating quality issues from warranty returns, distribution center stock, and system plants. The individual selected will serve as a conduit for these communications. This position will be based at our Southaven Distribution Center. Role Responsibilities Expertise in industrial circuit breakers, assembly processes, and metal joining technologies (e.g., brazing). Diagnose and resolve quality issues related to circuit breakers; collaborate with German and Mexican facilities. Collect and analyze statistical data; perform special research and data-gathering projects. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to establish production requirements and material specifications. Coordinate and distribute data; operate and adjust lab equipment and instruments. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including sampling, testing, and measuring with complex equipment. Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and test processes. Prepare reports, graphs, and charts; perform complex calculations. Develop and improve business processes, methodologies, and technical solutions. Advise management on quality-related issues and implement quality standards and programs. Propose improvements to the working environment; drive and support quality-related projects. Maintain employee training records and facilitate training activities. Ensure effective communication with internal and external partners. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Able to speak and write in Spanish 2 years experience in Quality related field 2 years of manufacturing experience with AFCI breakers 2 years experience with SAP Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs Ability to travel up to 10% locally or internationally Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related experience Electronics background preferred You'll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
