Job description
Supporting Cesna Group's operations in the U.S. and executing expansion recruitment. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interviewing, managing the interview process, introducing candidates to clients, closing sales, identifying clients through business development, winning new business, promoting services, and negotiating business terms.
Who we are looking for:
- Ability to think strategically and deliver high-quality work
- 1-5 years of Commercial Sales experience
- Competitive background
- Good college degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Evidence of working towards targets and excellent communication skills
- Korean bilingual is a plus
