Job Title:
Bilingual (Korean and English) Sample Coordinator
Location:
Norcross, GA (Corporate Office)
Reports to:
Sr. Marketing Manager
Our client is a leading comprehensive Quartz and Solid Surfaces supplier of premium kitchen and bath countertop materials.
Compensation:
$47,000- $52,000
Role Summary:
The Sample Coordinator will perform a variety of tasks under the guidance of the Planning Team, ensuring the smooth operation of sample distribution, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Management
Process daily sample requests and maintain detailed records in a tracking template.
Plan monthly allotment distributions based on requests.
Oversee the monthly SAP release process.
Manage sample requests from BDMs, RSMs, and Directors, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Generate purchase orders for custom sample sizes not available in inventory.
Renew weekly sample credits via Toro's website.
Distribute tracking numbers daily to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct weekly inventory checks and request fabrications for low-stock items.
Follow up weekly with FulfillEX (marketing vendor fulfillment center).
Create and send FedEx labels for product deliveries to vendors.
Customer Service
Process sample requests received via phone, email, or website.
Record all sample request details accurately in Excel.
Internal Sample Requests
Handle requests from direct teams, distributors, national teams, and HQ (Commercial/RSM).
Maintain records of internal requests in Excel.
Vendor Payments (EVS Uploads)
Coordinate payments to vendors for services including:
Fabrication:
FulfillEx, Canada/Toro Cover.
Freight:
Ocean Blue, Glovis, Orient Star/FedEx, WWEX.
Display:
NKS Display.
Shipping:
FedEx, WWEX.
Printing:
FulfillEx.
Labeling:
BrandContents, FulfillEx.
Packaging Supplies:
Uline (Boxes).
In-House Sample Shipments
Handle internal sample shipments efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Strong time-management and detail-orientation skills.
Initiative-driven and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills.
Bilingual in Korean and English is a must.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred but not required).
Marketing-related experience is a plus.
