Job Description
As our Scheduler you will support the clinical operations and general activities in an administrative capacity answering phones and assisting clients with scheduling their appointments with providers. You will have a warm and welcoming voice that promotes healing and recovery. You will report to the Program Manager You will primarily be remote in the Denver Metro area and you would need to be able to come into our locations on occasion for on-site trainings or for potential coverage, including, Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, and Lafayette. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm. What You Get to Do: You will support administrative procedures for your site that includes client checking, insurance verification and other administrative processes for the site Do you have experience and passion for customer service in a health care setting?
