Currently, we have an opportunity for a Senior New Accounts/Customer Service Representative/Universal Banker with a bank recognized as one of the best performing in the country. This institution is dedicated to meeting the banking needs of its clients and making a positive difference in the communities it serves. This is a full-time, regular position with benefits (not a temporary role). The Universal Banker is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Interviewing and profiling customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Processing all new account transactions.
- Generating new business to help the branch meet its goals.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- A minimum of two years of banking Teller experience.
- Experience in opening consumer accounts and basic business accounts.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computers.
Pay Rate Range: $22.05 - $28.60/hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
