Senior Tax Manager - Bilingual Japanese

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Japanese Senior Tax Manager to join our well-established and highly profitable CPA firm. Salary: DOE per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and preparing Federal and multi-state tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, high net worth individuals, bankruptcy, and trusts and estates.
  • Handling complex tax and accounting issues efficiently.
  • Performing in-depth tax research on basic and complex situations.
  • Developing and sustaining relationships with clients to ensure continuous collaboration.
  • Identifying opportunities for tax planning and consulting to add value to client services.
  • Leading, training, and managing staff members while promoting a culture of excellence and growth.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Business Administration required.
  • At least 8 years' tax experience, preferably with a public accounting firm.
  • Must hold a current CPA license.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates self-direction and a robust entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Able to understand and articulate complex tax and accounting issues.
  • Advanced technical skills in tax preparation and review, reflecting high work quality.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
