Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the
Wareham
residential area of Massachusetts. This
Part-Time

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patients
Assessing cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
Providing patient and caregiver education
Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:
Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
Candidates must have MA
Speech Language Pathologist
(SLP)
license
Minimum of 1-year experience as a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
