We are looking for an experienced Strategic Accounts Relationship Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team.

The Strategic Accounts Relationship Manager (SARM) is responsible for oversight and retention of key client relationships, technical sales support for prospective clients, and project management during the implementation of new key clients. The SARM is also responsible for PSN Auto Portability's contract vault.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 4 years' experience in the retirement services industry in a client-facing position
• BS/BA in Business or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SalesForce
• Ability to build and maintain relationships based on honesty, integrity, and meeting deadlines
• Creativity and motivation to meet and exceed established company and client goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Responsible for relationship management of key accounts, including regular reporting to clients on key RCH service success metrics.
• Ensures products and services consistently meet client needs and expectations.
• Responsible for handling elevated issues for all key relationships.
• Provide technical and subject matter expertise prior to contract execution for prospective clients.
• Responsible for ensuring PSN Auto Portability service agreements, amendments, cancellations are properly logged in the contract vault.
• Provide input to the Chief Revenue Officer regarding potential new services & pricing.

• Conduct strategic client outreach to evaluate the status of the relationship and discuss any new opportunities.
• Attend client meetings and assist with prospecting meetings as needed.
• Effectively work with peers, team members, and other departments.
• Exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and completing assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
