Job Title: Temp: Accounts Payable Assistant

Hours: 10-15 Hours a week

Compensation: $18-25 an hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in entering invoices into the ERP system accurately and promptly.

  • Recode entered invoices as directed by the Accounts Payable team.

  • Update payee and due dates for credit card transactions.

  • Reconcile and maintain post/saved backup for financial records.

  • Ensure all Accounts Payable documentation is filed in a neat and organized manner.

  • Support additional Accounts Payable tasks and other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all work deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in data entry and experience working with ERP systems is preferred.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow financial processes.

  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
