A Japanese company is looking for Passenger Service Agent - Japanese Bilingual

Position: Passenger Service Agent

Location: JFK International Airport at Terminal 7 Jamaica, NY

Employment Type: Temp (long term)

START: ASAP

Pay: $19.00/hr (Training), $20.30/hr (after training)

Hours: Total 35-40 hours /week (It may change due to a flight schedule.)

Main Duty:

Assist passengers during pre-departure and post-arrival operations as well as handling services for passengers at check-in counter, lounge, and terminal at JFK International Airport, NY.

Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • OPT(Hospitality, Airline, Tourism related Major ) accepted.
  • Passionate about customer service and have relevant education or work experience
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Business Level in both Language)
  • Required to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
