Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; Will float between two nursing home facilities. Ellen Sagar and Woodruff Manor. 3 days at Ellen Sagar, and 2 days at Woodruff Manor weekly.
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No; Must be 55 miles
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes; Must obtain prior to starting
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
